About
Kimberley Morris Rosen founded KMR Law in 2018. In her practice, she is a trusted counselor to clients in the education and ed tech space. She provides expert legal advice in the areas of corporate governance, contract, employment, education law, student privacy, product, corporate structure, and strategic advising. Previously, she was associate general counsel at AltSchool and special counsel at Emerson Collective. She was also a litigator at Munger, Tolles & Olson and Jenner & Block. She also served as a law clerk on the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
Kimberley also serves as an elected trustee on her local school board, bringing firsthand insight into the workings of a school district. She has also served on the board of Windmill School and the Castilleja School Alumnae Board.
Kimberley earned her undergraduate degree from Princeton University and her J.D. from Stanford Law School. She lives in the Bay Area with her husband and children.
